Vinzo does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.
Limitation of Liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vinzo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if Vinzo has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Vinzo’s total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to Vinzo in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vinzo, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of a third party.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vinzo, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of a third party.

Vinzo may update or modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
